Customising the spam filter settings for MagicSpam

We use a multi-level spam filter. In your hosting management (Plesk), you can manage the spam filter settings for MagicSpam (IP filter) yourself.

1. First, log in to the hosting management and navigate to the dashboard and under Security to MagicSpam PRO Protection.
   
2. Here you will see a general overview of MagicSpam. Now navigate to the Exemptions tab.
3. Now you can configure your own spam settings.
   • You can add or remove email addresses from the white/black list.
   • You can add or remove IP addresses from the white/black list.
   • Manage the blacklist for recipients based on their country and much more.
