Plesk Extended Lifecycle Support
If you are using an older operating system such as Ubuntu 18.04, Debian 10, CloudLinux 7 or CentOS 7, you will no longer receive support from Plesk, as these systems have reached their end-of-life (EOL) and are therefore considered unsupported OS. As maintenance and updates for such systems are becoming increasingly complex, we offer a solution with the Plesk Extended Lifecycle Support Package so that you can continue to use them.
If you order the ELS, Plesk will continue to provide security updates and technical support for your server.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team to upgrade your server to the latest operating system.
