How and where can I quit?

The following prerequisites must be fulfilled for cancellation to take place online:
1. the invoice for this product must have been paid, no open debt collection
2. outside the 30-day period of notice
3. cancel at least 30 days prior to renewal of subscription

Domains
You can cancel the domain via the admin interface. Log in to our Admin interface and then click on Domain => Tool => Cancel/Transfer. Now follow the wizard. The account holder will then receive a link by email to confirm the cancellation. As soon as the cancellation has been accepted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.

Services or hosting
packages You can download the services in the Admin interface by clicking on the tool under Services and then on Announcements. Now follow the wizard. The account holder will then receive a link by email to confirm the cancellation. As soon as the cancellation has been accepted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
